try/catch throwable with system.exit(0)

I notice in org.xith3d.render.jsr231.RenderPeerImpl there is a try/catch for Throwable and it handles it by calling System.exit(0), should i be concerned about this?

Did you hit that catch block? You shouldn't. If you did, I need a testcase.
