Dear developers,

Since there don't seem to be any new bug fixes and API changes and new features, don't you think it's time for a new release?

The last one (stated on the front page) was v0.9.7-dev-B1618 (2008-10-06).

Maybe people come to the web site and see no new updates and think the project is out-of-date.
