I see the ability to make Hud widgets draggable does any part of the HUD act as a drop target for a drap operation??

I am asking because when I set a button draggable I seem to lose the ability to detect mousebutton release events.  I can select and drag a button I just cannot determine when it has been released

This is a bug. I will solve it. I juat can't do it this week or the next, since I need to prepare for to Klausuren (I though I should use the German word instead of the unprecise English "test" Cool). I will deal with it on week later. I hope, this is ok.
